Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed, as it is submitted directly to our banks.

What are your shipping charges like?

For local Singapore shipping, the rates are as follows: 1) Standard Shipping (3 to 5 days) - from $5 (*waived for local purchases above $100) 2) Express Shipping (1 to 2 days)* - from $15 (request basis, please contact us!) 3) E-voucher - No charge *Please select "Store Collection"! *Express shipping is subjected to availability of slots for same day delivery. **Shipping is charged based on weight of item & product packaging. Do you ship overseas?

Yes! At the moment, we offer shipping to Malaysia. We are working out shipping to other countries, so do hang in there with us!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipment email (sample below) from us. You can track your order by simply keying in the tracking number assigned to you on the link provided in the email. Do let us know if you have any issues!

How long do you take to process my order?

Our staff will process your order within 1 - 2 working days & an email will be sent to your inbox for either of the following purposes: 1) To inform you that items are ready for store collection 2) Tracking number information for your order

How do I use the promo code?

For promo codes, key it into the section named "Enter a promo code" on your cart checkout page. The corresponding discount should be updated before the final checkout. Please contact us if there are any issues in loading the promo code discount.

Do you have a fixed delivery schedule?

Our delivery orders are now processed by our shipping partners (Qxpress), so it would depend on their delivery schedule (General delivery during weekdays & Sat only). Please be patient as we process your order.

Do you accept returns / refunds?

Unfortunately, all goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangable at this moment.

Some items are out of stock. Will you restock them again?

For special collaborations under "Feature Japan" section, we will not restock once the product runs out. Alternatively, you may choose to visit our retail store to check if there are any last remaining stocks left. For products other than special collaborations, you may click the "Notify when Available" button to waitlist for the product. We will contact you at the soonest once we have restocked it!
